Stock status on the product page
On every product page, you can see the current stock status of the item. This status is updated in real time, so you always know exactly when you can expect your order.
Stock statuses at Dokmarket
We use the following stock statuses:
- Delivery within 1 working day – the product is in stock and will be shipped the next working day at the latest.
- Available in the short term – the product is temporarily not in our own stock, but is expected to be available again soon.
- Temporarily sold out – the product is currently not available, but you can sign up to be notified once it is back in stock.
Shipping costs & shipping method
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery:
- Netherlands: free shipping
- Belgium: free shipping
- Germany: €9.95
- Other EU countries: €14.95
Who delivers my order?
We work with reliable carriers to deliver your order quickly and safely. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your package.
Always shipped insured
Every order is shipped insured, so you never have to worry about loss or damage during transport.
Collection not possible
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order in person. All orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
