Delivery time per product
The delivery time depends on the country of delivery:
- Netherlands: 1 working day
- Belgium: 1-2 working days
- Germany: 2-3 working days
- Other EU countries: 3-5 working days
Ordering on weekends
Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the next working day, so the delivery time starts counting from the following Monday.
Free shipping & rates
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery:
- Netherlands: free shipping
- Belgium: free shipping
- Germany: €9.95
- Other EU countries: €14.95
Who delivers my order?
We work with reliable carriers to deliver your order quickly and safely. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.
Not at home upon delivery?
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts delivery, a new delivery attempt will usually be made, or you can collect your package from a nearby pick-up point using the information provided by the carrier.
Collection is not possible
It is not possible to collect your order directly from us. All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
