Returns

At Dokmarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return the product to us.

Refund

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason. This reflection period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

During the reflection period

During the reflection period, you may handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it – in the same way you would be allowed to in a physical shop. You are liable for any depreciation in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products once the seal has been opened or broken:

• In-ear headphones
• Electric toothbrushes
• Shavers

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the product are for your own account, unless stated otherwise or in the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, in which case we will cover the return costs.

To return a product, please pack it carefully, including all original accessories and packaging where possible, and send it to the following address:

Refund period

Once we have received your return, or you have provided proof that you have sent the product back, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Business orders

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. If you purchased as a business (with a valid VAT/company registration), the legal right of withdrawal does not automatically apply, and returns are handled at our discretion in consultation with you.
